Shipping and Processing Time
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All items in my store are handmade to order. No items are ready to be shipped on the day of purchase.
Current order processing time is 8-10 business days.Your order will be shipped no later than in 10 business days from the purchase date.
STANDARD FREE SHIPPING: USPS First Class Mail (4-5 business days). SHIPPING UPGRADE: USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 business days)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: USPS First Class International (3-6 weeks, depending on the customs processing time and local postal office). If you have any problems with the package once it arrives to your country, contact your local postal service first. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer 's responsibility.
ATTENTION: Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery times caused by USPS operation disruptions in connection to natural disasters and other states of emergency.
DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER/PACKAGE LOST?
Please, contact your local post office first.
Has it been 3 weeks for US and 6 weeks for international order since it was shipped? If yes:
1 SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY or email at email@example.com about the matter.
2. Sign the Buyer Affidavit seller provides, certifying the package, in fact, was not received (for insurance claiming purposes on a lost package).
3. Choose to:
- have an identical item made and shipped at no extra charge, or
-get a refund.
PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO SELLER?
Unfortunately, that happens sometimes if:
-local post office error (contact your post office ASAP);
-provided address is invalid;
-delivery attempts failed( please, make sure to track your package!);
-PO box, delivered but was not claimed in time.
If that happens:
- a refund equal to the price of the item purchased will be issued (not available for custom and personalized orders), or
- the item can be sent back/reset to a different address. Buyer is responsible for extra shipping costs.
